Dubai AC expertly executed a large-scale HVAC installation at Sadara Power Plant's reverse osmosis facility, featuring a series of air-cooled chillers, AHUs, and a complete chilled water system, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
The Sadara Power Plant project in Jubail, KSA, involved a comprehensive HVAC installation for a reverse osmosis plant. Dubai AC's role included the supply, installation, and commissioning of 200 x 5 Nos of air-cooled chillers and associated air handling units (AHUs). The project also entailed the installation of chilled water pumps, piping, insulation, cladding, ducting, and the necessary electrical panels and wiring, creating an integrated and efficient climate control system for the plant.
The primary challenge was the installation's scale and complexity, particularly in a critical infrastructure environment like a power plant. Ensuring minimal disruption to the plant's operations and adhering to stringent safety and performance standards were essential.
With careful planning and expert execution, Dubai AC successfully integrated the new HVAC systems into the plant’s existing operations. The team's technical expertise ensured a seamless installation, resulting in a highly efficient and reliable climate control system. This significantly improved the environmental conditions within the reverse osmosis plant, contributing to enhanced operational effectiveness and safety.
